About the Role

This position offers a chance to lead and grow while focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production teams to meet daily goals for safety, quality, and delivery.
• Train and mentor team members on work instructions and quality standards.
• Inspect parts and ensure compliance with customer and company requirements.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment using 5S principles.
• Assist with scheduling breaks, implementing rotation plans, and tracking production metrics.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Previous manufacturing experience in JIT/JIS environments preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead by example.
• Forklift experience is an asset.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures.
• Must adhere to all safety protocols and wear PPE.
