About the Role
This role is responsible for ensuring material compliance with quality standards through sampling and testing, documenting results, and supporting troubleshooting efforts within the Asphalt line of business.
Responsibilities
- Perform sampling and testing of materials to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Document test results accurately and communicate findings to operations teams
- Maintain, calibrate, and operate laboratory and field-testing equipment
- Support troubleshooting efforts by identifying material or process issues
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Skills
- Strong capability in performing material testing and interpreting results
- Ability to follow established procedures with accuracy and attention to detail
- Skilled in using laboratory equipment and digital data-entry tools
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams
- Commitment to safe work practices and maintaining quality standards

- $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
