  • Collaborate with senior, category-aligned stakeholders to provide necessary insights.
  • Develop expertise in tools and processes, gaining commercial and strategic awareness.
  • Work autonomously with clear goals or ambiguity, continuously improving processes.

Requirements

  • Significant hands-on experience in analytics or data science using languages like SQL, SAS, Python, or R.
  • Advanced experience using digital product and trading analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, or Amplitude.
  • Proven track record with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) to create clear, impactful visualisations from complex datasets.
  • Extensive experience partnering with senior business stakeholders, translating technical data into narratives that influence commercial choices and P&L performance.
  • Strong understanding of complex retail/commercial environments.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage work in progress, and deliver at pace.
