Responsibilities
- Support traders in all related operations (order management, trade input and validation, et al)
- Manage daily profit/loss, attribution, and position reports ensuring accuracy and timely distribution to senior traders/management
- Assist with G10, Latam, and emerging markets Rates/NDS execution
- Responsible for all trade lifecycle events
- Gradually assume more risk management responsibility for rates derivative trading portfolio
- Assist trading group with improving operational processes, strategy, and profitability
- Contribute to developing and enhancing trading support platforms
- Conduct market research and analyze trends in client flow communicating to trading team
- Contribute research and analytical content to reports and presentations as directed by desk head
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent comparable work experience in finance, economics, math, or other related discipline
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Solid operational skills with strong attention to details, speed, and high accuracy
- Adaptable and able to work independently on time sensitive projects and tasks
- Proficient computer skills
