About the Role
As a Manager, Enterprise Strategy, you will shape strategy for our Health Care Delivery business unit, including Oak Street Health, Signify Health, and MinuteClinic businesses. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify and analyze new opportunities for growth and differentiation in a dynamic industry, driving the future of CVS Health's aspirations in health services and care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the formulation, preparation, and communication of strategic and operational business plans.
- Contribute to cross-functional strategic projects executed in partnership with senior leadership.
- Lead research associated with business issues and plan formulation, including the development of business cases.
- Facilitate meetings and strategic workshops, ensuring preparation and driving tangible outcomes.
- Stimulate strategic thinking in support of business direction.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably in consulting, investment banking, healthcare strategy or operations role in an analytical environment; or graduate of CVS Health GMDP Program.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Experience building and evaluating financial models.
- Experience quickly developing executive-level presentations and support material to successfully implement strategy.
- Ability to identify, structure, and solve business problems.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience developing analysis, presentations, and support material to successfully drive decisions and strategy implementation.
- This role may require travel up to 25%.
