About the Role
As a Lifeguard at our gym, you’ll help keep customers safe and happy in our wet side facilities. We are looking for someone to create a safe and welcoming environment for all our members and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Help members stay safe and healthy when using wet side facilities
- Be attentive and alert at all times
- Create a friendly, relaxed, and professional environment
- Welcome and support members when using the facilities
- Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
- Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
Requirements
- Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent
- Able to provide ongoing training records
- Bags of enthusiasm
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Passionate about great customer care
- A real team player
