About the Role
Olgam Life is a plasma donation service committed to the highest standards of donor care and providing life-saving resources. This role supports the oversight and compliance of the quality program at the Olgam Plasma Center, ensuring adherence to all federal, local, and organizational standards for plasma collection and manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Supports the management and maintenance of compliance to ensure the center remains audit ready.
- Oversees compliance and regulatory adherence of all center processes, including production flow, facility and equipment maintenance, supply and inventory management, employee relations, customer complaints, compliance and regulatory programs, training programs, product management, and medical management.
- Reports any deviation from federal, local, or organizational operating procedures.
- Tracks and trends errors, assesses risk, and manages corrective and preventative actions related to deviations.
- May authorize the release, quarantine hold, or investigation of collected product under the direction of the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Reports center compliance status to the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Oversees, hosts, reviews, and responds to internal and external audits.
- Provides continuous feedback to center personnel on performance related to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager.
