About the Role

MedCare Pediatric is committed to delivering personalized, one-on-one care that empowers children to communicate, connect, and grow. Our mission is to understand each child's unique needs and partner with families to create individualized therapy plans. We support our clinicians with the tools, resources, and time needed to focus on creating lasting impacts for every child and family.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
• Mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs
• Monitor client progress through data-driven decision-making and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Provide parent and caregiver education to promote success across environments
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Nursing, and other disciplines to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and organizational standards

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB
• Two (2) years of BCBA experience preferred
• Strong clinical leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for providing family-centered, evidence-based ABA therapy
