About the Role
As a Product Manager on the Card Integration Team, you will play a central role in the conversion and integration of Discover’s credit card accounts to Capital One. You will lead the charge in identifying customer experience gaps through deep research and analysis, leveraging your strong communication skills to partner closely with cross-functional teams on impactful solutions. Whether you are optimizing existing journeys like our onboarding flow or championing net-new innovative features like introducing personalized card art capabilities, you will have the autonomy and strategic influence to transform challenges into seamless, industry-leading experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Identify customer experience gaps through deep research and analysis.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams on impactful solutions.
- Optimize existing journeys.
- Champion net-new innovative features.
Requirements
- Currently have, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing.
- OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
