About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) who has a deep understanding of diverse business rules, stakeholder needs, and the expertise in technical architecture to support an Integrated Eligibility System. The BA will work with subject matter experts to lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to support the successful delivery of complex technology initiatives. This role works closely with business and technical teams to analyze business needs, develop functional requirements, recommend process improvements, and ensure solutions align with organizational goals and project objectives.

Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workgroups to gather requirements, validate solutions, and support the delivery of web-based, client-facing applications

Requirements

At least 7+ years of IT experience
Experience with State Human Services/ Child Support domain experience
More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Business Analyst
Seven or more years of client focused business and requirements analysis experience and documentation
Experience working on a team of BAs
Conducting requirements gathering sessions
Analyzing requirements gathered
Identifying, documenting, and validating system requirements for continuous integration and deployment
Preparing proposals for best fit technology based on requirements elicited
Minimum of two years working in an Integrated Eligibility System Program in various workstreams including Child Support in a Health and Human Service setting
Seven (7) or more years of experience eliciting, documenting, and validating business and system requirements for large-scale modernization projects
Seven (7) or more years of experience conducting business process analysis and creating requirements documentation
Seven (7) or more years of experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and workgroups to gather requirements, validate solutions, and support the delivery of web-based, client-facing applications
