About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Cybersecurity Engineer to enhance the security of our applications, data, infrastructure, and processes. This role involves identifying and remediating vulnerabilities, partnering with teams to integrate security into application design, and developing creative solutions to complex challenges. You will perform threat modeling, translate security principles into architectural improvements, and collaborate with system owners to resolve vulnerabilities while balancing security and business needs.

Ability to build and implement secure solutions from the ground up.
Skilled at evaluating security tradeoffs and making risk-based decisions.
Excellent communicator who thrives on talking to people and building relationships.
Collaborative mindset is a must.
Ability to teach others and transfer knowledge about threat modeling.
Strong Linux background, comfortable in a terminal and confident in scripting ability.
Comfortable taking accountability and documenting decision-making rationale.
Proficiency in any programming language is a plus.
Fluency in English required.
