About the Role
We are seeking a strategic thinker and relationship builder to lead campus recruiting initiatives for interns and full-time employees across multiple business areas. This role involves cultivating university relationships, engaging candidates, and developing talent pipelines. You will be part of the Early Careers Partnerships & Initiatives (ECPI) team, a collaborative group spanning New York, London, Singapore, and Hong Kong offices, responsible for building academic partnerships, planning recruiting events, and developing new initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the planning and execution of campus recruiting initiatives.
- Cultivate productive relationships with universities and student organizations.
- Engage potential candidates.
- Develop talent pipelines.
- Build and maintain partnerships across academic levels and fields.
- Plan and attend recruiting events.
- Respond to immediate hiring priorities.
- Develop new initiatives from the ground up.
- Shape project direction and draft promotional materials.
- Analyze data to drive decision-making.
- Coordinate and attend global recruiting events.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of campus recruiting experience.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities in campus recruiting and develop plans.
- Flexible mindset and openness to different viewpoints.
- Willingness to ask questions and admit mistakes.
- Ability to work effectively within and across teams, and independently.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
