About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager/Engineer to join a technical team focused on designing, constructing, and operating data centers. This role involves planning and overseeing multiple data center projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets, and coordinating end-user fit-outs with landlord fit-outs.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee multiple data center projects of varied capacities.
  • Ensure project schedules and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate end-user fit-outs with landlord fit-outs, interweaving construction timelines.
  • Liaise between internal stakeholders, data center providers, and external consultants across multiple projects.
  • Ensure projects run smoothly from concept to completion.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of construction project management, project coordination, or superintendent experience in data center construction.
  • High level of experience in mechanical and electrical systems, including liquid-cooled data centers.
  • Extensive experience in procurement, contractor management, construction planning, and design oversight.
  • Experience with schedule development, quality control, workflow management, milestone tracking, risk management, and long-lead material coordination.
  • Proven ability to deliver results with solid technical experience.
  • Motivated self-starter capable of working independently and proactively.
  • Ability to make well-reasoned, data-backed decisions.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to describe detailed problems with brevity and accuracy.
  • Creative, collaborative, and enthusiastic team player eager to learn and take initiative.
  • Organized with strong time management skills, able to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and meet deadlines across multiple projects without losing attention to detail.
  • Willing to travel 4-6 weeks per year.
