About the Role

We are seeking a Network Analyst to support the development of automation and DevOps-driven solutions, encouraging AI integration. You will partner with senior engineers and developers to enhance workflows, streamline processes, and ensure network stability, security, and adaptability. Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to diagnose and resolve network issues across LAN, WAN, and colocation environments.
• Collaborate with project managers on site expansions, new market data feeds, and third-party service connections.
• Maintain and improve monitoring and alert systems, focusing on automation, AI integration, and DevOps practices.
• Utilize scripting or development tools to reduce manual tasks, enhance network visibility, and explore AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Experience operating and troubleshooting LAN/WAN networks.
• Familiarity with common routing and switching protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, PIM-SM).
• Ability to debug transport protocols (TCP/UDP).
• Comfortable in Linux environments.
• Possess programming or scripting knowledge.
• Enthusiasm for automation (e.g., using Python) to simplify network operations.
• Openness to AI-powered optimizations.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt, creativity, and openness to feedback.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with global teams and internal stakeholders.
• Organizational and flexibility skills to balance daily support with long-term projects.
• Collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a hands-on, team-driven environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with overlay networks such as EVPN or VxLAN is a plus.
