About the Role
The Supplier Operations team is crucial to flaconi's commercial business, managing over 200 data fields for more than 45,000 SKUs. This role involves leading a team to ensure accurate and efficient data flow from brand partners to the online store, transitioning from manual checks to a modern, automated data setup using technology and AI.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the team day-to-day, fostering growth, confidence, and ownership.
- Streamline data collection and formatting processes, identifying and implementing efficiencies.
- Promote an automation mindset by identifying repetitive tasks for tech and AI solutions.
- Act as the primary business super-user for the PIM system (Syndigo), collaborating with the Tech team for improvements.
- Focus on root cause analysis by implementing upfront controls and automated validations.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and maintain clear communication with external suppliers.
- Balance daily operational workload with improvement projects, ensuring fair distribution of capacity.
- Establish team KPIs and SLAs to track operational health, onboarding speed, and data accuracy.
Requirements
- Possess strong leadership drive and high emotional intelligence.
- Have hands-on operational experience in Master Data Management (MDM), e-commerce product data, or supply operations.
- Demonstrate experience in project management, process optimization, or business-side system implementations and tool adoptions.
- Be comfortable with PIM/MDM platforms, with experience in Syndigo being a significant advantage.
- Apply an AI and tech-first mindset, seeking opportunities to integrate modern tech tools.
- Maintain resilience and adaptability when priorities shift.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, balancing detailed operational understanding with a big-picture perspective.
- Possess excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
