  • Monitor project health using metrics, KPIs, and reporting structures to provide leadership with clear, actionable insights.
  • Present updates, proposals, and recommendations confidently to senior management.
  • Continuously assess emerging risks, evaluating impact and likelihood, and work with stakeholders to implement mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Support analysis, planning, and change activities to help teams make informed decisions and adopt new ways of working.
  • Own professional development, identifying skill gaps and pursuing growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of PMO standards, tools, and ways of working.

  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience in managing distributed teams and navigating diverse personalities to foster collaboration.
  • Confident communicator, able to present ideas clearly and contribute to discussions with a range of stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker, able to tackle complex and ambiguous challenges, synthesize information, assess options and propose pragmatic solutions.
  • Able to break down problems, assess options, and suggest pragmatic next steps, even when things are not fully defined.
  • Attention to detail and documentation whilst comfortably keeping a benefit-orientated, holistic view of progress.
  • Self-driven, accountable, and resilient under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in dynamic environments.
