About the Role

Schumacher & Co. is seeking an HR Generalist to manage incentive and commission programs, support employee relations and offboarding, coordinate engagement and culture initiatives, and contribute to HR projects. This role is part of Schumacher North America (SchuNA).

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly/quarterly incentive confirmations directly with regional or business-unit leadership
  • Maintain and analyze regional performance reports to support incentive conversations
  • Own incentive tracking and reporting for assigned business lines
  • Conduct exit interviews as needed and identify themes to share with leadership
  • Partner with the Coordinator on exit processes, providing guidance on sensitive or non-routine separations
  • Help lead the quarterly company town hall for people shoutouts
  • Coordinate new hire features, employee spotlights, and work anniversaries
  • Track and confirm details in advance (e.g., anniversary and spotlight nominations each quarter)
  • Organize end-of-quarter celebratory recognition for teams/locations
  • Lead or support miscellaneous HR projects as assigned
  • Partner with the Coordinator to ensure smooth handoffs between operational processing and employee-facing communication

Salary/Compensations

  • $75,000—$80,000 USD
