About the Role
As a Business Assistant in Fincloud, you will support senior leaders in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your expertise to manage competing priorities and deliver exceptional administrative support. We seek a highly organized and resourceful professional demonstrating discretion, strong time management, and a commitment to high-quality outcomes. This role focuses on supporting Managing Directors and Executive Directors within Fincloud.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, including internal and external meetings, conference calls, off-sites, town halls, and skip-level meetings.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements and support expense processing in accordance with company policies.
- Handle internal and external stakeholder interactions and coordinate departmental scheduling activities.
- Partner with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate expense submissions and policy compliance.
- Collaborate with business management teams and key stakeholders across the organization.
- Utilize internal systems to maintain accurate records, generate reports, and compile business information.
- Maintain distribution lists, technology inventories, and other administrative processes.
- Develop an understanding of business priorities and adapt support accordingly.
- Partner with other assistants to provide coverage and ensure seamless team support.
- Contribute to presentations, projects, and training initiatives as appropriate.
- Support the delivery of business objectives through proactive administrative assistance.
Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience coordinating complex travel arrangements and itineraries.
