About the Role

The Finance Systems Technical SME is responsible for the hands-on technical delivery, configuration, and support of Finance Systems solutions, primarily focusing on Dynamics and associated downstream systems. This role is critical for delivering product roadmap enhancements, resolving defects, and ensuring Finance Systems operate reliably and efficiently. The Technical SME collaborates with Product Managers, the Technical Lead, System Administrators, and vendors to implement high-quality solutions supporting automation, financial control, and scalable global operations.

Responsibilities

Hands-on technical delivery, configuration, and support of Finance Systems solutions.
Focus on Dynamics and associated downstream systems.
Deliver product roadmap enhancements.
Resolve defects.
Ensure Finance Systems operate reliably and efficiently.
Implement high-quality solutions supporting automation, financial control, and scalable global operations.

Requirements

Proven experience in hands-on technical roles delivering and supporting enterprise finance or ERP systems.
Experience with Dynamics (or equivalent ERP platforms).
Experience working in highly integrated, transaction-heavy environments.
Background in finance, invoicing, payments, or back-office systems is highly desirable.
Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments.
Experience in corporate travel, TMC, or complex service organisations is a strong advantage.
