About the Role
Suralink is seeking a Sr. Product Manager who is customer-obsessed and driven to understand the needs of CPA firms, their users, and clients. You will translate insights into product strategy and roadmap, shaping the industry and accelerating Suralink's growth. You will own and execute the product development lifecycle, collaborating cross-functionally to ship impactful B2B SaaS products.
Responsibilities
- Directly engage with current and future customers to understand firm/user needs and market dynamics.
- Utilize discovery methodologies to run experiments and analyze data for decision making.
- Identify and shape product initiatives that transform the CPA industry and advance Suralink's product strategy.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product Design, and Engineering for aligned ideation and execution.
- Become an expert in Suralink's product to champion use cases, capabilities, and value to drive internal knowledge and customer adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a Product Manager role, with at least some B2B SaaS experience.
- Subject matter expertise in Audit or Tax is a bonus.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful results across both 0-1 and scaling products.
- Ability to inspire and align others to achieve common goals.
- Default to action, making quick decisions and understanding that velocity is key to winning.
- Accustomed to using AI for insight identification, prototyping, and PRDs.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, finding clarity with incomplete information, and skilled in risk-based decision making.
