Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of daily operations through holistic store management.
- Monitor key store metrics, manage performance, and coordinate with Pepco Area Management.
- Oversee staff scheduling and actively participate in the recruitment process.
- Lead the team on the sales floor, assisting with sales, cashier duties, and warehouse tasks, ensuring product availability and organization.
- Implement sales promotions and maintain an attractive and sales-promoting Point of Sale presentation.
Requirements
- Experience in retail or a comparable customer service role.
- Proven team leadership and motivational skills.
- Passion for fashion and home decor items.
- Time flexibility, including willingness to work rotating shifts and support new store openings.
- Willingness to complete a multi-week training program in a German store.
- Good German language skills.
