About the Role
The Producer: Artist Development & Research is a core member of the Public Programmes team, responsible for planning and delivering programmes that support artist and producer career development and research. This role contributes to building a cross-organisation research culture, supporting innovation and excellence in dance performance, choreography, audience development, and dance health. The position will deliver programmes including Choreodrome and the Associate Artist programme, with a key initial task being the redesign and implementation of the new Associate Artist programme. Care and equity are central to the programmes, and this role ensures participating artists feel well-supported.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver programmes supporting artist and producer career development and research.
- Contribute to building a cross-organisation research culture.
- Support innovation and excellence in dance performance, choreography, audience development, and dance health.
- Deliver programmes including Choreodrome and the Associate Artist programme.
- Work on the final design and implementation of a new Associate Artist programme.
- Ensure artists feel well supported, whatever their background or experience.
