About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to support our San Francisco team. In this role, you will provide leadership and oversight to exceptional nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe patient care, maintaining procedural integrity, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and supporting consistent clinical operations at the site level. The role also collaborates with the Site Operations Manager on clinical scheduling, time cards, PTO planning, and coverage management to ensure safe, efficient day-to-day operations in San Francisco. While this role is primarily site-based in San Francisco, you will also collaborate with other nurse leaders and cross-functional partners on standardization, problem-solving, and broader organizational initiatives as needed. We are seeking a nurse leader who is looking for a long-term professional home and is excited to build lasting relationships with patients and colleagues over the coming years.

  • Partner with leadership to analyze staffing needs, develop efficient and cost-effective staffing models, and implement strategies to ensure appropriate coverage across all clinical sites.
  • Utilize data to monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.

  • Ensure all nursing practices and documentation adhere to relevant federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Private Medical policies and procedures.
  • Address and resolve clinical and operational issues related to nursing staff and patient care in a timely and effective manner.
  • Participate in the development and management of nursing department budgets for assigned locations, ensuring responsible resource allocation.
