About the Role

BCG is seeking experienced professionals for its London team within the Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) Practice Area. This role is for Senior Associate or Consultant level, focusing on advising long-term investors on strategy and operations, particularly in Private Equity and M&A transaction work. You will collaborate in teams to identify, develop, and implement solutions for client challenges, driving impactful change.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams to address client challenges.
  • Analyze data, formulate hypotheses, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting results and driving implementation.
  • Drive independent workstreams, contributing to overall project success.

Requirements

  • Over 2 years of full-time experience in roles with exposure to transaction work, either in consulting or industry.
  • Experience in strategy consulting with transaction/deal projects (e.g., CDD/VDD).
  • Experience in Private Equity (investment teams, operational teams, middle office) with knowledge of CDD and/or VDD.
  • Experience in investment banking with knowledge of M&A and/or transactions.
  • Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving with high attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking skills to evaluate information, make informed decisions, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments with diverse projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local office language(s).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and adapt to changing environments.
  • Select London as the 1st office preference for London-based roles.
