About the Role

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking passionate, licensed Speech Language Pathologists to deliver exceptional one-on-one care to older adults in Staten Island, NY. This role focuses on improving patient mobility, independence, and quality of life through the Geriatric House Calls™ model, offering autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful patient outcomes. Clinicians can incorporate telehealth and virtual care for enhanced flexibility and patient support.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in private residences or Senior Living Communities.
Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
Deliver therapy sessions supporting patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence.
Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety, function, and aging in place.
Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate.

Requirements

Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
Current CPR certification.
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC).
Ability to meet physical demands of in-home and community-based care, including lifting, performing CPR, assisting with patient transfers, standing/walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, and driving.
Must wear PPE when required.

Salary/Compensations

$70,000 - $105,000 annually for Full-Time roles (pro-rated for Part-Time and FOX Flex)
