About the Role
FOX Rehabilitation is seeking passionate, licensed Speech Language Pathologists to deliver exceptional one-on-one care to older adults in Staten Island, NY. This role focuses on improving patient mobility, independence, and quality of life through the Geriatric House Calls™ model, offering autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful patient outcomes. Clinicians can incorporate telehealth and virtual care for enhanced flexibility and patient support.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in private residences or Senior Living Communities.
- Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
- Deliver therapy sessions supporting patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence.
- Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
- Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety, function, and aging in place.
- Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate.
Requirements
- Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
- Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC).
- Ability to meet physical demands of in-home and community-based care, including lifting, performing CPR, assisting with patient transfers, standing/walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, and driving.

Salary/Compensations
- $70,000 - $105,000 annually for Full-Time roles (pro-rated for Part-Time and FOX Flex)
