About the Role

Ramp is seeking a Senior Growth Designer to join the Growth Creative team. This role requires a blend of creative experimentation and data-driven strategy to create high-performing assets across paid and owned channels that drive conversions and enhance brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative work from concept to final execution across digital ads, landing pages, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Design work that balances brand fidelity with performance goals to entertain, educate, and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing stakeholders to advance initiatives and act as a thought partner.
  • Partner with writers, animators, editors, web designers, and creative directors to execute full-funnel campaigns.
  • Ensure growth creative adheres to the visual language while exploring new executions.
  • Share creative performance learnings with design and brand teams to inform strategy and visual identity.
  • Test hypotheses and optimize creative based on originality, clarity, product accuracy, and performance metrics.
  • Identify and unlock opportunities across emerging formats and placements while improving core performance channels.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in design with a portfolio showcasing performance creative or digital advertising.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional design work at high velocity.
  • Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience working closely with creative, marketing, and brand teams in high-growth environments.
  • Passion for systems thinking and improving creative processes.
  • AI processes integrated into production workflow.
