About the Role

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to enhance messaging experiences on a large-scale job marketplace, serving both mobile app and desktop web users. The role involves designing AI-powered messaging features, improving responsiveness, and creating validated wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.

Responsibilities

• Improve the quality of messaging experiences across job seeker mobile app and desktop web surfaces, covering both job seeker and employer experiences.
• Design UX for AI-powered messaging features.
• Design experiences that improve employer and job seeker responsiveness through reply prompts, expectation setting, status transparency, and re-engagement patterns.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and high-fidelity mockups using the platform's design language and patterns.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Research partners across distributed teams.
• Validate designs through A/B testing and qualitative user research.

Requirements

• Authorized to work for any employer in the US.
• 3+ years of professional, hands-on product UX experience.
• End-to-end product UX design experience, including interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and user journeys demonstrated through a portfolio.
• Experience designing complex workflow or data-heavy enterprise experiences, such as search, filtering, or data export.
• Strong, current proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with prototyping and design handoff workflows.
• Ability to work independently and ramp up quickly with minimal oversight.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Research, and Legal teams.
• Experience integrating UX research insights and iterating based on user feedback.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
