About the Role

Responsible for the nighttime operation of the store, overseeing clerks, ensuring shelves are stocked and leveled, and managing product inventory to optimize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service.
• Handle and merchandise products according to company policy.
• Display complete knowledge of all products.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation.
• Oversee the entire Third Shift store operation.
• Ensure proper shelf conditions, stock levels, and product leveling.
• Schedule all Night Crew Associates.
• Manage Front End and Office operations, including check approvals and nightly resets.
• Assist with ordering merchandise and supplies for the Grocery Department.
• Maintain proper merchandising standards, including shelf allocation and sale items.
• Assist with hiring, training, and development of new Night Crew Associates.
• Manage discipline for Night Crew Associates according to company policy.
• Ensure refrigeration and security procedures are followed during third shift.
• Unload warehouse and DSD merchandise deliveries.
• Evaluate the performance and progress of Store Associates.
• Ensure productivity measures for the 3rd Shift Grocery Crew meet standards.
• Implement and maintain corporate and state sanitation and pricing procedures.
• Protect company inventory and assets.
• Control shrink through adherence to policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives.
• Satisfactory performance reviews.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• 3+ years of related experience.
