About the Role

Planned Companies Building Services (PBS) is seeking friendly and detail-oriented Janitors and Custodians to provide common area and bathroom cleaning services, ensuring a clean, healthy, and safe property for tenants, guests, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
• Dusting and polishing surfaces including countertops, upholstered furniture, and light fixtures.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing bathroom toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
• Emptying trash cans, washing, and drying windows.
• Requesting cleaning supply orders and reporting breakages or needed repairs.

Requirements

• Willingness to stand on feet for extended periods.
• Experience using cleaning products and equipment for floors and carpets.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong report writing and clear verbal communication skills.
