About the Role

The Maintenance Operator will perform general maintenance at the property, including HVAC, building operations, lighting, plumbing, and snow removal. This position champions the JLL Culture of Communication, Collaboration, and Trust.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant and user service calls and complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Change lights, tubes, and lenses, and clean light fixtures.
• Assist other building operations staff with preventative maintenance, electrical maintenance, and other tasks.
• Provide maintenance services for plumbing fixtures, taps, washers, and flush valves.
• Perform handyman services including general repairs to flooring, locks, hardware, and ceiling tiles.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintain records for HVAC equipment.
• Perform water treatment testing and analysis, adjusting chemical feed for proper levels.
• Act as relief for other similar positions when incumbents are absent.
• Complete custodial housekeeping tasks in mechanical/electrical areas.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Requirements

• Basic Interpersonal skills demonstrating professionalism and commitment to service excellence.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• 1-2 years’ experience in general building repairs/operations preferred.

• 57,750.00 – 63,000.00 CAD per year
