About the Role

The Baccarat Hotel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury are maintained throughout the hotel.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a housekeeping management role within a luxury 5-star hotel environment.
• Strong operational experience preferred, with a demonstrated understanding of housekeeping procedures and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, staff, and management.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of housekeeping management software systems is desirable.
