About the Role
Provide Tier 1 support for externally facing customer platforms, assisting with day-to-day IT operations and learning from experienced team members.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support for client platforms, including Windows 11 environments, Dell laptops, Cisco Meraki infrastructure, Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Intune MDM), and iOS device setup/management.
- Assist with monitoring IT systems and escalating issues.
- Support ticket resolution through Zendesk or similar platforms.
- Help maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Perform basic asset management and inventory tracking.
- Promote security best practices and assist with endpoint management.
- Participate in training opportunities.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of IT support experience or equivalent coursework/internship.
- Basic knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange).
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems like Zendesk or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
