About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepares patients for examinations by obtaining and documenting vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints.
- Performs clinical tasks within the scope of certification and under physician supervision, including phlebotomy, specimen collection, vaccine administration, and diagnostic tests like EKGs and Pulmonary Function tests.
- Manages patient communications, including screening calls and contacting patients regarding prescriptions and test results.
- Conducts daily regulatory testing to ensure clinical equipment accuracy and compliance.
- Maintains adequate levels of clinical supplies.
- Performs front desk duties such as patient registration, billing, and appointment scheduling.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of similar job experience in a medical office preferred.
- Candidate must be able to travel to all 3 facilities (Sicklerville, Voorhees and Bordentown).
