Oversee the preparation and distribution of quarterly financial statements to Limited Partners.

5 – 7+ years of supervisory experience in performance management, coaching, progressive discipline, performance review delivery, training, talent acquisition, and retention.
5 – 7+ years of relevant experience in Accounting or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, pay attention to detail, plan, and solve problems.
Ability to communicate and interact professionally and effectively through written and oral communication.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
Advanced degree (MBA or MSA) in Accounting or related field (strongly preferred)
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (strongly preferred)
