About the Role

We are looking for a Mill Spare to join our team at the Scarborough (New Forest) plant. This role involves providing cleaning and assisting operators with production duties in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning inside and outside the mill.
• Assist operators with production duties and heavy lifting.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with health and safety and housekeeping practices.
• Follow company policies.

Requirements

• Secondary school education diploma.
• Common math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing).
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Effective communication skills.
• Previous experience in manufacturing.
• Able to lift and move heavy objects.
• Able to make decisions on demand.
• Able to work 8 hr and 12 hr continental shifts.
• Able to work in hot, cold, humid and dusty environment.
• Good organization skills.
• Candidates who are 18 years or older are required to complete a criminal and background check.
