About the Role

Ithaca College’s student employment program offers meaningful experiential learning opportunities that develop transferable skills sought by employers across various industries. These positions allow students to apply classroom knowledge in real-world professional settings, fostering both personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist in classroom instruction on EFP equipment and editing software, and support students in EFP learning opportunities to create multimedia journalism content.
• Assist in the implementation and operation of EFP equipment and editing software, in the classroom and field, as well as producing and managing social media content, vis-a-vis course aligned learning opportunities to create multimedia journalism content.

Requirements

• Student must have taken the course before
• Completion of Visual Journalism with a B+ or higher
