About the Role

FION is rapidly growing and needs to scale its marketing efforts to increase visibility on LinkedIn, enhance presence in trade publications, and establish a fitting employer brand. This role starts in Marketing and People & Culture, with opportunities to grow into other areas based on your strengths. We seek an individual who thrives on crafting compelling content and directly influencing outcomes, rather than executing predefined tasks.

Responsibilities

Co-develop marketing efforts, testing new channels, formats, and AI tools.
Contribute to LinkedIn content strategy and manage posts from ideation to publication.
Analyze marketing performance, track reach, and identify trending topics.
Assist in drafting press releases and coordinate with the PR agency.
Monitor publications in trade media.
Maintain employer branding materials, including job postings and the career page.
Support People & Culture initiatives for a growing team.
Conduct research, analysis, and presentations for Marketing, Sales, or founders.
Prepare for trade shows and events.
Take ownership of emergent startup tasks.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in fields such as Communications, Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or Psychology, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in marketing or communications, evidenced by projects like written content, social media profiles, campaigns, or university group activities.
Excellent command of the German language (native or C2 level) and good English proficiency.
Structured and independent work style, capable of managing multiple parallel tasks.
Interest in the energy and industrial sectors.
Willingness to apply even if not meeting every single listed qualification.
