About the Role
iCapital is seeking a Vice President to join the Structured Investments team. This role will support the firm's technology platform by owning, developing, and maintaining the structured investments ecosystem for clients, including investment banks, broker-dealers, private banks, and RIAs. The individual will manage and grow relationships with issuing partners, acting as a key contact and contributing to the firm's strategy and solutions in the structured investments market.
Responsibilities
- Support the management of relationships with iCapital's issuing partners, serving as a key point of contact.
- Coordinate regular touchpoints with partners, such as meetings, check-ins, and events.
- Respond to partner questions and requests.
- Help maintain and grow existing partnerships.
- Support the onboarding of new issuers onto the platform.
- Translate partner needs and feedback into platform enhancements.
- Own projects resulting from partner feedback, partnering with Product and Engineering to prioritize and deliver them.
- Balance competing partner priorities.
- Develop presentations, updates, and reporting for partners and internal stakeholders.
- Use data and analysis to inform decisions.
- Aggregate, manipulate, and analyze large data sets to generate reports and surface insights.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Compliance teams.
- Deliver a robust, well-supported platform solution.
- Drive process improvement.
- Assist in the development and execution of the firm's overarching strategy for the Structured Investments business line.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in trading, business development, or relationship management in the structured investments market or broader financial markets industry.
- Experience working with or covering structured products is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to successfully operate in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated client service skills with stakeholders and clients.

- Series 7 and 63 certifications are required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
