About the Role

As a Solution Engineer, you will be a technical and business expert at the intersection of AI technology, revenue growth, and operational scaling. You will have significant impact on product evolution, internal operations, and customer success by designing ROI-driven architectures, implementing solutions, and leveraging GenAI for internal process automation. This role is for a self-directed, technically adept builder focused on business profitability and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead RFPs, technical demos, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for enterprise prospects.
Analyze client workflows to design efficient architectures and build business cases demonstrating ROI.
Integrate Kili into customer ML/AI pipelines.
Manage the project lifecycle from pre-sales to post-sales, ensuring smooth technical onboarding and operational delivery.
Identify bottlenecks in pre-sales, sales, and delivery operations.
Design, build, and deploy internal tools and automated workflows using LLMs and agentic AI frameworks.
Translate real-world client challenges into structured feedback for product optimization.

Requirements

First significant experience in a hybrid technical/business role (Solution Engineer, TAM, Forward Deployed Engineer, or technical Founder-Associate/Ops role).
Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value, profitability, and cost-saving metrics.
Comfortable writing scripts, using APIs, and building automations (Python, API integrations, basic automation tools).
Proficiency in both English and French, with strong communication capabilities.
