About the Role

This role involves active participation in the analysis, consulting, and conception of complex HR landscapes, technical implementation (customizing) in relevant SAP HCM modules, and optimizing and digitizing HR processes with clients and the internal team. You will also support the acquisition of new projects and clients as part of (Pre)Sales and lead sub-projects and entire projects.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in the conception and implementation of SAP HCM.
• Customizing experience in the modules PA, PY, OM, and/or PT.
• High commitment and team orientation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Conversational German and good English language skills.
• Good understanding of HR processes.
