About the Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the coordinator of home projects, ensuring a smooth client experience from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone highly responsive, a clear communicator, and naturally organized.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate home projects between clients and contractors
- Communicate effectively through phone, text, and email
- Follow up, schedule, and solve small issues before they become big ones
- Review and polish estimates before sending to clients
- Own the overall client experience from start to finish
Requirements

- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects at once
- Comfortable with technology (managing multiple systems, texting, email, and basic software tools)

- Strong communicator who responds quickly and follows through
