About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious part-time bartender to join The Lucky Saint pub in Fitzrovia. You will be the face of our brand, providing industry-leading customer experience and reflecting our values. This role offers opportunities for career development within a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver industry-leading customer experience through a positive attitude and by being reactive to customer needs.
- Ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers and the team.

- Apply responsible alcohol management during shifts.
- Support the Management Team in daily pub operations.

- Be available to work in line with trading hours (Monday-Saturday, 11 am-12 am).
