About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders at Cisco Capital. This role involves core responsibilities like calendar and travel management, alongside opportunities to contribute to special projects in program management, business analysis, and system implementations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the VP's calendar by prioritizing schedules and meetings.
- Coordinate event speaking engagements by maintaining a list of engagements and working with the communications team.
- Plan and organize meetings, including assembling agendas, arranging locations, and managing meeting technology.
- Prepare meeting briefing documents, take notes, and formulate post-meeting action item lists.
- Build travel packs for international trips and large domestic events, including event information and logistics.
- Act as a proxy for communications and approvals as authorized.
- Resolve issues within specified policies and guidelines and mentor administrative community members.
- Determine when executive action is required and provide recommendations.
- Make in-depth global travel arrangements and handle Cisco expenses.
- Provide analytical support for special projects, including research, problem analysis, data compilation, and report preparation.
- Prepare and brief itineraries for large Corporate Events and provide executive support.
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters and materials professionally.

- 4+ years of experience in an administrative environment.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting a principal at the director level or above.
- Expert level knowledge of Windows desktop computer applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience in calendar management, planning meetings, and coordinating travel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to connect with all levels of Executive/Senior staff and clients.

- $99,300.00 - $131,800.00 (U.S. and/or Canada)
- $99,300.00 - $172,800.00 (New York City Metro Area)
- $92,000.00 - $141,800.00 (Non-Metro New York state & Washington state)
