About the Role
As a Player-Coach, you will be responsible for the success of the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, while also being actively involved in daily operations. You will spend the majority of your time on cold calling, leading by example with your own performance. You will be responsible for the overall team performance, driving target achievement, and continuously developing the team. You will identify optimization potential in processes and structures, actively contribute the team's perspective, and implement improvements with relevant stakeholders. You will be a key part of the recruiting process for new SDRs and ensure a structured and successful onboarding of new team members.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Extensive experience with sales methods and techniques.
- Experience in the energy industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
