About the Role

As a Part Time Job Coach, you will support learners to overcome barriers and develop the skills, confidence, and digital capabilities needed to access employment and learning opportunities. Your role involves engaging with curriculum teams and DWP partners, assisting learners with online profiles and CVs, and conducting employment and interview preparation to ensure they are job-ready.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver workshops, group sessions, or training activities.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting learners, customers, or service users to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Experience working with individuals who may require additional support to access employment or learning.
  • Ability to deliver workshops, group sessions, or training activities.
  • Team player with excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide learners in achieving their employment goals.
  • Basic DBS Check required.
  • Care Leavers seeking their first job will automatically be invited to interview if they meet essential criteria.
