About the Role

The Maintenance Control Coordinator supports and assists Maintenance Controllers and Duty Managers by providing administrative duties, including email communications, setting up conference calls, and data collection for daily reports.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and distribute all Maintenance Control reporting
  • Execute itinerary for all recovery road trips
  • Support logistical travel and expense reporting as required
  • Execute delay notification, reconcile delay coding and enter Contract Business Partner (BP) Log pages in TRAX
  • Set up conference calls at the direction of Maintenance Controller Center (MCC)
  • Prepare reports for the Daily Tech Ops Meeting at the direction of MCC
  • Capture follow ups from the Daily Tech Ops Meeting and maintain database with updates
  • Collect operational data and ensure the Maintenance & Engineering (M&E) System accurately tracks delays and cancellations for Tech Ops Performance Measurement
  • Coordinate with other departments for required information upon request from Duty Managers
  • Relieve Duty Manager of administrative duties including follow up emails, setting up meetings and handling phone calls
  • Document statistical information during Irregular Operations (IROPs) as per Duty Manager request
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
  • One (1) year of experience working in a customer service or operations role
  • Experience creating and utilizing data analytics
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel platform for developing and reporting metrics
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing information quickly
  • Ability to work independently, under minimal supervision, in a team environment
  • Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
  • Must be in possession of valid travel documents with the ability to travel in and out of the United States
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
  • Authorization to work in the US is required
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
