About the Role
In our REWE Market, you will ensure that customers feel welcome and well-advised at all times, bringing smiles to their faces with your engaging presence and excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Enthuse customers with appealing product presentation, expert advice, and courteous service.
- Ensure excellent product availability, freshness, and cleanliness with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrate skill in handling bread and baked goods.
- Stock shelves, price products correctly, and independently implement ideas for sales promotions.
- Check incoming goods for completeness and product quality.
Requirements
- Ideally, completed vocational training as a specialized bakery sales assistant or professional experience in the food retail sector.
- Welcome to career changers with food knowledge.
- Enjoy interacting with people and have a passion for retail.
- Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented work style with a customer focus.
- Motivation to learn new things.
- Willingness to work in a flexible shift system, with operating hours from Monday to Saturday between 07:00 and 23:30.
