About the Role
As a Customer Delivery Driver, you will deliver Waitrose produce and provide Partner-led service to customers' doors. You will be based at a Customer Fulfilment Centre in Coulsdon, serving customers in London and surrounding areas. An additional Night Premium of £3.75 per hour will be applied to hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
Responsibilities
- Checking delivery routes for the day.
- Ensuring vehicle safety checks are complete and maintaining road compliance and health and safety.
- Acting as a brand ambassador for Waitrose with a focus on customer service.
- Assisting customers with their shopping and building rapport.
- Supporting the wider CFC team with general shopkeeping tasks when required.
Requirements
- Full valid B-Category UK manual driving licence with no more than 6-points.
- Great customer service skills.
- Ability to cope with the physical requirements of the role, including lifting crates, walking up staircases, and moving cages.
