About the Role
Strategically drive sales performance and objectives through subordinate sales supervisory personnel across retail stores and indirect authorized retailers within a geographic area, ensuring alignment with company goals, optimizing customer experiences, and maximizing revenue and market share growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, train and optimize staff performance, ensuring resources are utilized to meet or exceed sales, customer satisfaction, and operational targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of all product and service offerings.
- Grow market share and brand value while decreasing churn within the assigned geographical area.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by maintaining high standards of service and store operations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance sales effectiveness and achieve corporate objectives.
- Optimize operational efficiency through the creation and oversight of policies and procedures as well as performance management.
- Manage and adhere to budgets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related sales, retail, or call center customer facing experience.
- Supervising supervisors as well as career-level staff within the organization.
- Oversees execution, resolves complex issues, and negotiates with senior stakeholders.
- Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates.

Salary/Compensations
- $120,200.00 - $180,200.00 + commission $66,000
