About the Role
Nando's is seeking a Transformation Delivery Lead to drive ambitious transformation initiatives using new ways of working and emerging technology. This role offers direct ownership of project delivery within a COO-sponsored program, focusing on operational redesign, technology implementation, and business process re-engineering.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of transformation projects, from scoping and planning through to implementation and benefits realization.
- Collaborate across business functions and with Technology teams to coordinate and drive change, serving as the link between strategy and execution.
- Build relationships across the organization, influencing without authority and earning trust through delivery.
- Maintain clear, lightweight governance, tracking progress, surfacing risks, and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Actively use emerging technology, including AI, in daily work.
- Contribute to the broader transformation program by sharing learnings and shaping the evolving approach.
- Assist in managing the organization's change portfolio, tracking, coordinating, and communicating the pipeline of change.
Requirements
- Possess 5+ years of experience delivering change, transformation, or business improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Outcome-focused with a proactive approach to delivery.
- Ability to build trust quickly with people at all levels.
- Comfortable working at the intersection of business and technology.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, shape loosely defined objectives, and iterate based on learning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using emerging technology, including AI, as a current working habit.
- Genuine curiosity, ability to learn fast, and bring energy to work.
- Hospitality and retail experience is welcome but not required.
